We may collect basic information such as name, phone number, email, shipping address, and payment details to process orders and communicate with customers. Personal data is never sold or shared except with shipping or payment providers when necessary.

Order Policy Payment

Custom or made-to-order items above 5000 EGP require a 50% deposit to confirm the order. The deposit may only be refunded in the event of a manufacturing issue or order-related problem.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, and delivery location. Estimated delivery dates will be confirmed once the order is finalized. Standard orders are usually delivered within 10–15 business days, while large-scale or custom-made pieces may require 21–30 business days. Clients are kindly requested to provide accurate shipping details to ensure a seamless delivery experience.”
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Cancellation

Please note that each custom and made-to-order piece is personalized specifically for every client, including custom color selections and finishing details. Therefore, once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or returned. However, color selections may be adjusted during the production period, subject to the manufacturing stage. Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.”
